Trump and the Republican Party have opposed the Affordable Care Act (ACA), and a repeal of the ACA’s employer play-or-pay mandate seems inevitable, according to Lockton. However, Lockton’s experts advise caution, expecting prudent employers to continue their compliance with the ACA, including its reporting requirements.
